5 Red meat is a killer
Free-range, grass-fed, organic or wild red meat is about some of the healthiest food you can eat. Too bad good meat is so expensive.
6 Bone broth is the new superfood
You can survive on this if you have to. Not my favorite, but put a little himalayan salt in it with cheese and even I like it.
7 Whole milk is back
Why did this ever go away? The low fat fad made us fat !! Not much of a fan of milk, but love whole fat yogurt and heavy whipping cream.
8 Kimchi boosts your immune system
Ok, doesn’t taste very good. This superfood will help correct you screwed up gut bacteria. Sauerkraut will do the same. Eat one or the other.
